COVID-19 Policy and Questionnaire

Kaught by Kaete is dedicated to ensuring that your photography session is safe and enjoyable. COVID-19 has impacted the way that most businesses operate and we are no different. This policy will be updated and modified if the City of Memphis additional information is available or restrictions change. Please note the following items and sign the attached waiver. 

  1. If you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or feel poorly, or if you or anyone you have been in contact with have a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, please reschedule your appointment.

  2. COVID-19 testing is highly encouraged before your scheduled shoot to reduce the likelihood of transmission. The City of Memphis has free surge testing. This information can be found on the City of Memphis Twitter account or the City of Memphis COVID-19 page. A list of additional testing locations can be found here.

  3. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Social distancing restrictions will be followed. Masks are required on set, if photos are not actively being taken.

  4. The COVID-19 Questionnaire must be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

  5. Client’s party will include the client and up to two guests.

Waiver

Client’s party agrees to abide by the social distancing measures in force at the time of their session or event. Client’s party explicitly agrees and understands that failure to adhere to such social distancing measures places them at increased risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission.

  1. Client’s party assumes all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.

  2. As consideration for this waiver, Kaeyla Willis agrees to waive any liability or claim against Client or members of Client’s party for COVID-19 transmission or exposure.

  3. This waiver shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participate in the photography services while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who knowingly participate while having an active COVID-19 infection.
